Café Gourmet’s beverage menu includes hot and cold drinks. We are a fully licensed restaurant.

Our Coffee

We use the Segafredo – Organic Fair Trade blend. Come & try it! You are opting for a blend of top-quality Arabica and Robusta coffee beans, organically harvested in different countries, such as Mexico, Peru and Tanzania. You will recognise the special character of this blend by its rich aroma, and full, smooth taste. The Robusta coffee beans and the longer and deeper roasting process give this blend its full body.

Café Gourmet is part of the North Lake Centre, a new retail and commercial complex, located on the corner of bustling main street of Gourlay Road and Hume Drive in Caroline Springs. The café is located close to the northern section of Caroline Springs, within walking distance of North Gate & Oakwood estates, Caroline Springs College, Springside Recreational & Community Hub.
